Architectural films can have their own test classifications. That does not automatically prove that applying a film to an existing rated door preserves the rating of the complete assembly.
UL has specifically cautioned that aftermarket wraps or claddings can affect certified fire-door assemblies and that surface-burning testing alone does not establish fire-door compliance.
